I Know This Path Well
Since I can remember, I've always been different, walked to my own unique beat, found comfort in my own company, and was highly connected to the energies around me. I was too young to understand concepts such as being an empath, energy sensitive, seer, oracle, visionary, wayshower, highly intuitive, and I certainly didn't know that honoring my authentic and aligned nature would become my life's (and soul's) work.
I wore myself out trying to belong, be someone else, fit in, and hustle in a depleting masculine energy. I didn't operate the same way others did.
All the while I was given signs, symbols, and channeled information. But because I didn't trust, I kept choosing wrong paths and making wrong decisions.
Until I'd had enough and awakened to the authentic me.
For nearly four decades I've studied various forms of energy and energy healing, discovering the Akashic Records, quantum physics, human design, the gene keys, and incorporating the shamanic, ancient, and sacred ways. Pretty much learning everything that called to me. But more than the learning, it has been the full integration in mind, body, soul, and spirit that has changed everything. The link to connect it all. And it is magic to trust and create a life that you love.

Each month we will meet once a week for a 90-minute session for 3 weeks, and one week for personal reflection and integration.
ENERGY HEALING + EMBODIMENT PRACTICES

Q: Will I be expected to show up to every event, chat, and Live in the Frequency Portal?
A: Not at all. Everyone has different schedules and replays will be made available. Consider it a playground and you can choose whatever you want to take part in when you want to.
Q: Do the Waves have to be done in a particular order?
A: No - you are the only one who is the authority of your life and I'm not here to tell you what to do, how to do it, or what is best for you. I am here to join you for the Wave Experience that you choose. They all flow into one another. This is meant to be your experience.
Q: Can I just pick one Wave Experience and that's it?
A: Yes! You may have already done personal growth in other areas and simply want to choose one. There's nothing holding you to completing all three Wave Experiences. It's all about where you are in your journey at this time.
Q: Will I be expected to interact? What if I'm shy around groups of people?
A: The Wave Experience will be what you make of it. I can be very shy as well, and I still enjoy being in the energy of others, in fact it's what makes the experience even more fun! While you will get more out of the experience if you interact and take part, it's not my place to make you do anything. A group atmosphere may be one of the areas that you're meant to heal or learn more about.
Q: How long are each of the Wave Experiences?
A: Each wave is about 3-months long. Each month will consists of 3 weeks of live learning sessions all together and 1 week of integration and reflection where we don't meet. The integration and reflection is just as important as the learning. So it's 9 live sessions total, 3 integration weeks, and then a live celebration/ceremony.
Q: What if I can't make it live?
A: Replays will be made available to you so you don't have to miss a thing.
Q: How much time will I need to devote to the Wave Experience each week?
A: The time you choose to spend will be largely up to you and how you learn. Each month there's an integration and reflection week as well. I'd suggest about an hour a week.
